Share capital has been increased by MNT 4.8 billion
Ranked 1st among Non-Bank Financial Institutions based on the report on the implementation of corporate governance.
In accordance to the approval granted by the Mongolia Association of Securities Dealers, in cooperation with “Standard Investment Securities” LLC and “KE Partners” LLP, MNT 5.6 billion bond was issued on the Over-The-Counter Market.
After evaluating all policies, rules and procedures in force, appropriate amendments and updates were made.
In accordance with the business plan, two new branches have been established to provide services to customers.
"Bull Bond-1" with the amount of MNT 2.2 billion issued on the OTC market in 2022 was paid on time along with the interest, successfully fulfilling its obligations to investors.
